An auction onsale of the right to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterpriseswas held

The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies on the results of the auction for the sale of the right to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of

forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises located in the forest fund of Aznakaevskiy, Tetyushskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Mamadyshskiy and Kaybitskiy forestry divisions.

By lot number 6, the auction was deemed to be held. With the winners of the auction, protocols are signing and contracts for the sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten working days from the date of the protocolsigning.

By lots No. 8, 12, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 59, 106, 113, 118, 125, 127, 128, 133 the auction was declared invalid (Subparagraph 1 of paragraph 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation). Protocols on the results of the auction are signing with the sole participant of the auction and contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten days after the date of publication of information on the results of the auction on the official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" within ten days after the expiration of the above period.

By lots No. 1-5, 11, 13, 18-19, 22-58, 60-105, 107-112, 114-117, 119-124, 126, 129-130, 132, 134-135 the auction was declared invalid because of absence of applications for participation in the auction.
