Meeting of foresters delegation from Tatarstan with scientists-foresters of Dresden Technical University in Germany
During the business visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan to Germany a working meeting was held with German forest scientists on the issues of scientific cooperation on the technological use of quantitative and qualitative parameters of the biomass of low-value aspen stands of the Republic of Tatarstan. The working group, led by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, identified a number of important areas of cooperation. Ilgizar Zaripov, Manager of the Ministry of Forestry and Ainur Puryaev, Director of the branch of the FBU VNIILM "East European Forest Experimental Station" also participated in the business meeting in Munich.
Professor Albrecht Bemman from the Technical University of Dresden, Professor and Vice President of the Forest Institute in Weinstephan (Germany) Wolf Dieter Rommel, General Director of the Forest Industrial Cluster of Bavaria, Jurgen Bauer, the First Chairman of the Forest Owners Union of Freising (Germany) Sepp Denk and Doctor of Technical University of Dresden Anna Moosman took part in the negotiations.
Delegation of foresters from Tatarstan stayed in Germany for three days. Representatives of the republic visited the campus of the Forest Institute in Weinstephan, visited the private forest of the Union of Forest Owners of Freising, also got acquainted with the international exhibition of forestry and technology INTERFORST-2018 in Munich.
