Head-Forester of the Lubyanskiy forest district and the Director of Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College participated in a citizens meeting

Yesterday, on February 12, a meeting of citizens of the Lubyanskiy rural settlement of Kukmorskiy municipal district took place in the premises of Lubyanskiy Village Culture Hall. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Rimma Ratnikova, the Head of Kukmorskiy municipal district, Sergey Dimitriyev and others.

The Head of the settlement, Viktor Kostin, Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Lubyanskiy Forest District” Fardus Khabibrakhmanov and the Director of the State Budgetary Professional Education Institution “Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College” Rim Fakhraziyev made reports at the meeting. Fardus Khabibrakhmanov familiarized the participants with the results of work of the institution in 2018. He said that in the forest fund of forestry, reforestation was carried out on the area of 83 hectares, agro-technical care of forest cultures - 204 hectares. 919.1 thousand units of standard planting material were grown for planting this year. During his presentation, the speaker also paid attention to issues of forest legislation, state forest supervision and preparation for the fire-hazardous season in forests. Rim Fakhraziyev informed the participants about the activities of the “Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College”. He said that at present, 381 people study in the college under the programs of Forestry and Forest Park Economy, Landscape Gardening and Landscape Construction, Economics and Accounting. In 2018, 120 students were enrolled in the college. The event included the awarding of villagers who contributed to the development of Lubyanskiy rural settlement last year. One of the recipients was the tractor driver of the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College, Sergey Polyakov.
