The Ministry held a meeting on targeted training in the Kazan State Agrarian University

Today, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on targeted training at the Kazan State Agrarian University. It was attended by Liliya Murtazina, Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel of the Ministry, Guzel Fassakhova, Head of the Center for Pre-University Education and Employment of Graduates of the KSAU, representatives of forest districts and forestry enterprises of the republic, pupils of graduate schools, etc.

During the meeting, Guzel Fassakhova familiarized students with the history of Kazan State Agrarian University, spoke about the specialties and disciplines that students study, the results of admission to the university in 2018 and the peculiarities of admission in 2019. She also paid special attention to the conditions of admission to the target training in KSAU. “As you know, the university allocates budget places for each direction, for which the admission quota is set for targeted education. This indicator is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, it will be known on June 1 of this year, - said Guzel Fassakhova. - In turn, contracts for targeted training between applicants and customers must be concluded before June 20”.

She added that for admission to the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of KSAU, in addition to drawing up contracts, pupils of schools should pass the Unified State Examination, and college graduates - exams at the university. “General examinations are Russian and Mathematics, for Faculty of Forestry and Landscape Architecture it is also necessary to pass Biology; for Ecology and Nature Management Faculty - Geography, - said Guzel Fassakhova. “I remind you that according to the contract, after graduation from university the graduates should work in organizations for at least 3 years”.

At the end of the meeting, Guzel Fassakhova answered the applicants' questions, in particular, about the deadlines for accepting documents, living conditions in dormitories, etc.
