Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov visited the Matyushinskiy district forestry of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodnyi Forest District”. During the working trip he was accompanied by the Head-Forester Ilnur Kashafeyev and the Local Forester Nursil Gibadullin.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov examined the basic forest nursery, the greenhouse and assessed the quality of reforestation work in quarter 68 of Matyushinskiy district forestry and quarter 59 of Stolbishchenskiy district forestry.
During the meeting, issues of protecting forests from fires, cleaning the territory of the forest fund, keeping an apiary, etc. were discussed. In particular, Ravil Kuziurov instructed specialists to pay special attention to the forest nursery and the cultivation of high-quality planting material. “We must conduct systematic work to improve the species composition of our forests,” he stressed.
