Cultivation of environmental awareness of the schoolchildren of Novokyrlayskaya Secondary School of the Arsky District

The experts of Ashit Nature Sanctuary held an interesting quiz called “Fascinating world of birds” with 7 graders of Novokyrlayskaya Secondary School of the Arsky District. During the event, the children performed tasks together, showed good knowledge of the birds’ life, of the necessity of careful attitude to them, of helping feathered in winter. The experts of the sanctuary in detail told the students about the birds that live in the territory of natural monument “Tukay – Kyrlay Forest” and listed in the Red Book. The activities related to the Year of the Specially Protected Natural Reservations in the Republic of Tatarstan were emphasized.

Upon completion of the environmental lesson the active participants were awarded diplomas and gifts.
