Employees of the Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan and East European Forest Experimental Station discuss areas of joint work
Employees of the Federal Forestry Agency “Roslesozashchita” branch - “Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan” and the Eastern European FES Branch of “VNIILM” discussed areas of joint work. The meeting took place yesterday, on August 21, at the center.
During the visit, the Director of the East European FES Ainur Puryaev got acquainted with the activities of the department of the Tatar forest seed station and other units. The Director of the center, Nadezhda Kuzyakina, spoke in detail about the features of conducting state forest pathological monitoring, assessing seeds of forest plants and priorities for the coming period.
Also within the framework of the meeting, the issues of using data from the state forest pathological monitoring in implementation of scientific projects developed by the East European FES were discussed.
