The Ministry discussed the tasks for the upcoming period in a video conference meeting
Today, the Ministry held a video-conference meeting at which the tasks for the coming period were considered. It was held by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. The event was attended by deputy ministers, heads and specialists of departments of the Ministry, head-foresters of forest districts and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
The keynote address at the meeting was made by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov. In the course of his speech, he dwelled on the issues of fulfilling the state task to carry out a set of works on forests protection, conservation and reproduction on the territory of the republic, the use of the machine and tractor fleet of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry, the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan on state languages, etc.
“Directors of forestry enterprises should ensure timely execution of the state assignment, and head-forester should accept the work and control their quality”, Rais Gumerov emphasized.
The Deputy Minister named Agryzskiy, Bilyarskiy, Bavlinskiy and Cheremshanskiy forestry enterprises of the republic among the leaders in fulfilling the state task.
Rais Gumerov recalled that this year, 147 units of machinery and equipment were purchased at the expense of the republican and federal budgets, including in the framework of the regional project “Forests Conservation in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the national project “Ecology”. “I ask you to pay special attention to operation and storage of this equipment”, he added.
Also at the event, a report was made by the Head of the Department of Organizational Work of the Ministry Natalia Tyukaeva. She acquainted the meeting participants with the tasks and priority areas of activity of the primary trade union organizations of forest districts and forestry enterprises.
The meeting was concluded by the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. He called on the heads of subordinate institutions to intensify work on fulfilling the state task and increasing the efficiency of using the machine-tractor fleet. Along with this, the Minister outlined a number of tasks related to the conduct of the Republican environmental campaigns “Forest Week - 2019”, “Clean Forests of Tatarstan”, identification and elimination of unauthorized landfills in the forest fund, etc.
