Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov participates in the activities of International Forestry Forum
Today the International Forestry Forum was opened in Vologda. The Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rais Gumerov, is on a working trip there.
Within the framework of the forum, the international exhibition “Russian Forest” is organized, in which 200 enterprises from 20 regions of the country, as well as from Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Italy and Belarus take part. Russian Forest is one of the largest exhibitions in Russia, representing the whole range of products and services of the timber, pulp and paper and woodworking industries, forest engineering enterprises, as well as modern technologies aimed at improving the forest industry.
Guests and participants of the forum will have an extensive business program: various conferences, sessions, round tables, seminars, etc. The issues of organizing efficient forest use and reforestation, forest conservation and protection, introduction of innovative developments in the field of forestry and the forest industry will be discussed.
