Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov paid a working visit to Bugulminskiy and Bavlinskiy municipal districts
The Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rais Gumerov, paid a working visit to Bugulminskiy and Bavlinskiy municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the Bugulminskiy district, Rais Gumerov assessed the quality of spring forestry work done in the Aktyubinskiy, Petrovskiy and Bugulminskiy forestry districts of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forest District”, examined the forest nursery, the greenhouse and got acquainted with the progress of forest cutting. Explanations were given by the Head-Forester Gulnara Mukhamethanova and the Director of the forestry enterprise, Sagid Abdullin.
It is worth noting that this year, the employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminskiy Forestry Enterprise” performed planting of forest crops on the area of 62.4 hectares, forestation on 37.6 hectares and laying protective forest plantations on the area of 52.5 hectares.
In the Bavlinskiy district, Rais Gumerov inspected the quality of the work carried out on reforestation, afforestation, laying and renewal of fire-fighting mineralized belts, as well as the harvesting of illiquid wood in the forest fund near the children's recreation camp. Marat Bikbulatov, Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bavlinskiy Forest District”, reported that this year the forestry workers carried out work on planting forest crops on the area of 67 hectares, planting seeds in a forest nursery of 0.6 hectares. 83 km of new mineralized belts were created and care of the existing barriers with a total length of 264 km was conducted.
