The Ministry discussed the prospects for cooperation between Tatarstan and Kazakhstan
Today the Ministry held a meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Roman Shaikhutdinov, and the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, with a delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan led by the Deputy Prime Minister of this country, Roman Sklyar. Ruslan Gazizov, Director of the Forest Selection and Seed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Bakhtin, General Director of Kedr Trading House OOO, and others took part in it.
Having greeted the guests, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov acquainted the delegation with the state of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the priority tasks facing industry experts. He spoke about the implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation” within the framework of the national project “Ecology”, forest nurseries of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry, the range of cultivated planting stock, etc.
Then Ruslan Gazizov, Director of the Forest Selection and Seed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Aleksandr Bakhtin, General Director of Kedr Trading House OOO, made speeches, informing those present about their activities.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of landscaping and greening of cities and towns of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the supply of Tatarstan planting material, etc.
