Reporting Meeting of the Primary Trade Union Organization was held at the Ministry
Today, the Reporting Meeting of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rais Gumerov, Administrative Officer of the Ministry Elmira Shagayeva, heads and specialists of structural departments of the Ministry.
Presentations were made at the meeting by the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry, the Head of the Organizational Work Department Natalia Tyukayeva and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Union, the Head of the Property Management, Technical Development and Labor Protection Department, Niyaz Imamiyev.
Natalya Tyukayeva reported on the work of the committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry in 2019. She talked about the implemented measures of social support for union members, competitions, sports, cultural events, etc.
“On December 24 of last year, an industry agreement was signed between the Ministry and the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation for 2020 - 2022, Natalya Tyukayeva recalled. - This industry agreement reflects the provisions on regime of work and rest, labor protection, training and further professional education of employees, social guarantees and compensations to state civil servants, employees of subordinate institutions of the Ministry”.
“The motto of the trade unions is “Our strength is in unity”, therefore, our Trade Union Committee sets itself the task of uniting the team. We want all employees to be united not only by professional activity, but also by leisure, so that the committee participates in the life of each employee, helps to solve problems”, she concluded.
Niyaz Imamiyev presented the report of revision committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry on results of work for 2019.
Then the discussion and nomination of delegates to the XXXI Reporting and Election Conference of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation took place. The Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry Natalya Tyukayeva was unanimously elected as a delegate.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov gave a positive assessment of activities of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Ministry in 2019. “We were not mistaken in choice, we have a very active chairman. I ask you not to slow down the pace of work this year. In general, we are always open to communication and will listen to any opinion or suggestion on improving the work of the trade union, said Rais Gumerov, addressing the meeting participants.
At the end of the event, an award ceremony was held for distinguished members of the Trade Union Organization of the Ministry.
