The Ministry discussed the preparation for the fire hazardous season in the forests in the Novosheshminsky district of the republic
Today, the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov held a meeting on the preparation for a fire hazardous season in forests in the Novosheshminsky municipal district. The event, which was held in the videoconference mode, was attended by the head of the executive committee of the municipal district Rinat Fasakhov, heads of forest rangers, directors of forestry enterprises, heads of rural settlements.
Irina Zabrodina, head-forester of GKU RT “Zainsky forestry”, reported on the ongoing and upcoming works to ensure fire safety in the forests. “On the territory of Novosheshminsky district, there are parts of Urganchinsky and Yamashinsky district forestries. The total area of the forest fund is 7834 hectares,” said Irina Zabrodina.
According to her, in preparation for the fire hazardous season in the forests, a plan was developed to extinguish forest fires on the territory of the Zainsky forestry, agreements were signed on cooperation with fire and rescue units of municipal districts and tenants of forest areas.
“Also, 53 warnings were issued on the inadmissibility of violating fire safety requirements in forests, including 8 warnings ‒ to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Novosheshminsky district,” added Irina Zabrodina.
Summing up the results of the meeting, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov gave a number of instructions related to the implementation of a set of measures for fire-prevention arrangement of forests, forest fire propaganda and others. “We will be able to pass the fire hazardous period without emergencies only if there is effective interaction of all structures and organizations involved in resolving forest protection issues,” he concluded.
